The area of education and dissemination of knowledge is an important counterpart of the FoRC for society. The objective is to disseminate the knowledge generated by its research to different segments, such as the scientific community, professionals in the area of food and nutrition, those responsible for public policies, and society in general. This is achieved in various ways: through the publication of scientific articles (link to the “Publications” tab), participation in postgraduate programs, dissemination on websites, actions, and lectures held at institutions and congresses, and the production of printed material and videos on various subjects.
